Here are some examples of websites we can make. From the complicated to the simple, we can do it all. It just depends on your needs and wants. You can have your own one of a kind, and distinctive, site. None of these examples use javascript, they are all CSS/graphics. However, we can use javascript to create a site that is far beyond any other.

Scripting
Land of Broken Dreams: Community website focusing on poetry, journals, and graphics. Includes integrated forum, rank system, and extensive staff console.
Ensellitis.com ImageHost: Image host created to meet a need for a pixel art only needed image hosting service.
CGQ Paint '07: An online "paint" program, where a user can draw an image using 4 colors. PHP is used for when the user clicks create to turn thier artwork into an actual image. Overall size of entire script and images is under 5kb, so hardly any bandwidth is used.
